From the day we opened our doors, JustFoodForDogs has considered itself “vet-centric.” After the pet food recalls of 2007 scared thousands of Pet Parents, many new pet food companies grew overnight by ignoring veterinarians and marketing directly to the consumer. Some companies and stores went so far as to be anti-veterinarian, claiming to have better advice than vets and casting doubt on your knowledge of nutrition!

JustFoodForDogs is proud to establish our most meaningful partnerships with veterinarians and companies that believe what we believe and share our mission of making pets healthier with whole food nutrition. Today, over 6 years after we’ve opened our doors, hundreds of veterinarians across the country recommend our food daily and feed our food to their own pets, and our food is proudly being served to thousands of needy pets in their hospitals. In addition, we have partnered with a vet centric retailer in the Bay Area, Pet Food Express (PFE), and our food and veterinary supplements can also be found in some of their locations:
